Orders for our Products – When you place an order with our company, this is an offer to purchase the items indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that we have accepted your order. All advertisements and communications made by us until we accept your order are invitations to purchase and are not offers. When we show items on our website (www.loulovesyou.co.uk) that are not available, incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described; this does not oblige us to sell you those goods. Pricing Policy – LouLou Loves You reserves the right to change its advertised prices at any time. Furthermore we cannot be held responsible nor have any liabilities where our stockists offer our products at prices that differ from our own, nor can we be responsible for the pricing policies of such stockists. Returns Policy – All our products are carefully made and enjoy the most stringent of quality checks prior to despatch, but please examine them carefully upon receipt and before wearing them to be certain that you are completely happy. Be careful to ensure that you are ordering the correct size of garments as this will ensure that you are not disappointed. If you believe that your garment is faulty in any way then please email returns@louloulovesyou.co.uk explaining why you wish to return the garment, and quoting our order acknowledgement / Invoice number. We will reply by email with an RMA Number (returned Materials Authorisation) and form for you to complete and include with the goods you are returning. We will then replace the items by return mail. Note that we WILL NOT exchange or accept for credit items that have clearly been worn. Postage and Despatch Charges – we will charge postage on any goods we send to you, except for exchanges for quality reasons, and you will pay for any items returned for any reason except where those goods are faulty. Trade Marks and Designs – The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trade marks”) displayed on our website are registered and unregistered trademarks of LouLou Loves You. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission. All designs and artwork including but not limited to product designs and photographs are protected by patent and prior art and may not be copied or displayed without our prior written permission.
