&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Returning Your Goods&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

We will reply by email and will provide you with an RG (Returned Goods) number.   Write this number on the Returns &amp;amp; Exchanges form and return the form to us along with the goods and all orginal packaging.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;UK Customers&lt;/b&gt; : Send your return to us via the Royal Mail.   Please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from your Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your replacement or eVoucher. Please allow up to ten working days for returned goods to reach us.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;US Customers&lt;/b&gt; : Send your return via the &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;USPS&lt;/span&gt;, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the post office for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;International Customers&lt;/b&gt; : Send your return via an insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In all cases, your proof of postage should show the Loulou Loves You address to which you have returned the goods, together with the post office&amp;#8217;s printed / stamped confirmation of the date of posting. Loulou Loves You cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.   You will bear the cost of postage for returns and exchanges; the only exception is if the garments are faulty (see below).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We will email you as soon as we receive the goods and will then endeavour to process your request for either a replacement or eVoucher as quickly as we can.   For exchanges, we will send to you by email an invoice for re-posting the goods.  Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your return for exchange garments to be sent out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;eVouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;My item is faulty, what can I do?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you believe that your garments are faulty then please return your item as above together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. If an item is found to be faulty the delivery costs for replacement items will be paid by Loulou Loves You.&lt;/p&gt;
